Payment Terms

• 50% Advance Payment: Required to confirm the project and begin development.
• 50% Final Payment: Due upon completion of the agreed project scope, after final delivery.
• Project Scope: The quoted price is based on the agreed scope and requirements.
• Domain & Hosting: Domain and hosting charges, where applicable, are payable separately or as specified in the quotation.
• Revisions: Revisions are included according to the agreed project scope. Additional requirements can quoted separately.
• Renewals: Domain, hosting, email, SSL, and other subscription-based services are generally renewed annually and are the client's responsibility, our support available if required.
• Fixed-Price Projects: Projects are undertaken on a fixed-price basis based on the agreed scope, deliverables, and requirements. No hidden charges.

Payment Methods

We accept different payment methods such as Bank Transfer, Google Pay, Paypal etc.

Payments are to be made in two parts: 50% in advance and 50% after the work is completed. Once the work is delivered and the full payment is received, the registration process will be completed and the site will be launched.

Renewal: The client will receive an email notification from the hosting service at the time of renewal. Renewals are on a yearly basis. The client can renew online directly: 1) Domain, 2) Hosting. Otherwise, the domain, hosting, and all associated services will expire.
